Description
The Cisco ISR4431/K9 is a Cisco 4431 Integrated Services Router from the Cisco 4000 Series, designed for enterprise branch-office and WAN networking environments. It combines routing, security, voice, application services and WAN connectivity in a modular 1RU platform.
The ISR4431/K9 provides 500 Mbps default aggregate throughput, upgradeable to 1 Gbps with the appropriate performance license. The platform includes four onboard Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, three Network Interface Module (NIM) slots, and one Integrated Services Card (ISC) slot for additional network and service capabilities.
The router supports Cisco IOS XE software and can be used for enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, routing, security, voice and unified communications applications. It also supports modular interfaces that can be installed or replaced using online insertion and removal (OIR).
